We’re Hiring SOUND ENGINEER
FULL-TIME
LOCATION: NDOLA
Responsible for ensuring high-quality audio production across church services,conferences, worship sessions, live streams, recordings and other church events.
• Proven experience as a sound engineer/audio technician.
• Experience with live sound production.
• Knowledge of digital mixing consoles.
• Understanding signal flow and basic acoustics.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems under pressure.
• Experience with livestreaming and audio-for-video is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A passion for serving in a church/ministry environment.
• Proficiency with Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live or similar DAWs.
• Experience with livestreaming platforms.
Basic understanding of video production.
Experience working with worship teams and live bands.
