About the role
Être-Moi Shapewear Solutions is looking for a confident, stylish, creative, and highly organized Store & Brand Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium shapewear store and help grow the brand presence online.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, branding, customer experience, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the store and daily operations• Supervising store assistant(s) and ensuring smooth workflow
- Managing stock taking, inventory control, and book balancing
- Providing excellent customer care both in-store and online
- Managing customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok
- Planning, coordinating, and participating in content creation for social media
- Managing social media platforms and maintaining brand consistency
- Being the face of the brand and confidently appearing on camera for marketing content
- Maintaining the premium ambience, cleanliness, and presentation of the store
- Supporting sales growth and brand visibility initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in store management or a similar retail/customer-facing role
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Confident personality with a professional and presentable appearance
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera• Basic understanding of stock management, sales tracking, and reporting
- Passion for fashion, shapewear, beauty, or lifestyle branding is an added advantage
- Candidates should be based in Kalundu or neighboring areas
