QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc Engineering, Production management or Science related fields.

•  Responsible for managing and coordinating all brewing operations to consistently produce high-quality products in accordance with company specifications, recipes, and production plans.
• The role ensures optimal management of people, processes, equipment, and systems to meet sales demand, quality standards, and operational efficiency targets.
