Title: Transmission Planning Engineer

OVERALL PURPOSE
To develop short and long-term transmission, transport and optimization plans for Zamtel capital projects in order to grow the network and support business growth.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or any related qualification
Professional Registration:
Member of EIZ
Minimum Experience :
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Telecommunications
Key Skills:
Profound knowledge planning and Optimization of Microwave and Optical Fibre Systems, Packet Switching and Routing, extensive knowledge of regulatory agencies standards, regulations, compliance and practices.
