POSITION: WAITERS
LOCATION: LUSAKA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT
We are looking for friendly, service-minded waiters to join our team. You will provide excellent guest service in our restaurant and ensure a smooth dining experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Welcome guests and present menus
– Take orders and serve food/drinks according to standards
-Provide excellent customer service
– Check on guests to ensure satisfaction
– Maintain the cleanliness of tables, stations and service areas • Coordinate with the kitchen and supervisors to ensure timely service
– Follow hygiene and safety procedures
QUALIFICATION
– Minimum grade 12 certificate
– Prior waiting Experience
– Good communication, teamwork, and time management
– Ability to upsell and promote specials
– Basic math skills for handling cash
