Train the Next Generation of ย Zambia’s Digital Leaders
We’re looking for passionate Cyber Security Specialists to join the NALA Program as master trainers, shaping the careers of young women and men who will power Zambia’s digital economy.

ย About the program
As a NALA Trainer you will work directly with a cohort of young Zambian ICT graduates called NALAs who are at the start of their professional journey. These are talented young people, predominantly women, who have the qualifications but need the practical skills, industry exposure, and confidence to break into the digital economy.
Your role is more than teaching. You become their coach, their professional bridge, and in many cases the first real industry connection they have ever had. You will be the face of this programme to every NALA in your cohort. How you show up matters deeply.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Bachelorsโ€™ degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years hands-on cybersecurity industry experience.
  • Minimum three (2) years of experience delivering cybersecurity training or certification preparation programmes.
  • Demonstrated track record preparing learners for certification examinations and practical cybersecurity roles.
ย Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured training sessions to your cohort of NALAs following the Kectil curriculum covering cybersecurity, digital skills, and professional development
  • Facilitate discussions, practicals, and group activities that make learning active and relevant to the Zambian job market
  • Track attendance and record every session using the programme’s reporting tools your documentation is what proves impact
  • Submit weekly session reports to the program coordinator, flagging any participant challenges or concerns promptly
  • Act as a communication channel between NALAs and the Kectil team you are the first point of contact for any issue that arises in your cohort
  • Uphold safeguarding standards at every point of contact with participants โ€” before, during, and after sessions
  • Participate in the mandatory Trainer of Trainers (ToT) induction programme before cohort commencement
  • Contribute to monthly programme reviews and share observations that help improve the curriculum and delivery
