Urban Nest Properties is seeking an experienced, results-driven 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead our Ndola branch. If you have a passion for leadership, business growth, and real estate, we’d love to hear from you!
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
Minimum of 𝟑–𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬’ 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in branch management, sales management, or a leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales and administrative teams
Strong knowledge of real estate operations, property sales, customer service, and branch performance management
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve branch sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver operational excellence
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, expense control, and performance reporting
Proficiency in 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel when required
