Swift-Vibe Electronics Ltd is looking for two energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders
Provide product information
Answer customer inquiries
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Minimum Qualification:
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Tertiary qualification or practical skills training will be an added advantage.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Speaks fluent English
• Can communicate in Zambian local languages
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Has knowledge of marketing and information technology (an added advantage)
