Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA Part II
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounts payable/receivable
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel or similar)
  • Knowledge of Zambian tax regulations and ZPPA procurement procedures
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Membership in ZICA is an added advantage

Key Duties

  • Process supplier invoices and staff claims for payment
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain the fixed asset register
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Handle VAT and withholding tax calculations
  • Support internal and external audit processes
