Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support and systems administration
- Proficiency in network management, hardware, and software support
- Experience with web-based applications and databases
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA is an advantage
Key Duties
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking
- Manage ZABS ICT infrastructure and systems
- Develop and maintain the ZABS website and internal applications
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Coordinate with external ICT service providers
