Position: Agricultural Equipment Procurement & Customer Relations Officer

– Experience and knowledge in sourcing and purchasing equipment from China, India and Dubai.

– Good understanding of international equipment suppliers and purchasing processes.

– Excellent customer communication and customer care skills.

– Keen interest in agriculture, farming and agricultural machinery.

– Willingness to learn, adapt and develop new skills.

– Comfortable using technology, computers, smartphones and online platforms.

– Good research, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.

– Previous experience in agricultural equipment, machinery or procurement will be an added advantage.

– Research and identify suitable agricultural equipment and machinery.

– Communicate with suppliers from China, India and Dubai.

– Assist with equipment quotations, purchasing and sourcing.

– Communicate with customers and understand their equipment needs.

– Provide excellent customer care and follow up with clients.

– Keep up with new agricultural technologies, machinery and equipment.

– Assist customers in making suitable equipment choices.
