BARMAN/LADY
REPORTING TO: COMMERCIAL MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE: To effectively and efficiently manage the daily operations of the bar and restaurant at Batoka
Lodge
DUTIES
– Maintaining the general cleanliness of the lodge
Cames out timely preparation of provisions and equipment in order to facilitate operations of the lodge
bar restaurant
Carries out timely serving of food and beverages in order to meet clients needs
Carries out regularly stock takes in order to ensure accountability
Carries out the cleaning of the lodge banirestaurant area in order to maintain tigh sanitary standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Zambian citizen aged between 18-35 years in possession of a green National Registration Card (NRC)
Grade Twelve (12) school certificate
Must be able to perform with minimum supervision
SKILLS
Honest
Must apply tact and diplomacy in his or her duties
Must exhibit good interpersonal skills
Able to work without supervision
Must be sober minded
