Job description
In-gate Biometrics duties generally include Data Capture and Verification (ATC and Fuel allocation to Dangote drivers and closure of Trips. Additional reports include* Toll Fee allowance).
Out gate Biometrics. Include Data Entry and verification Dispatch of Dangote trucks and Fuel posting in SAP.
Maintain Team Coordination Internally E.g. Fleet and Transport Administration as well as externally between Sales and Logistics to ensure effective and efficient work Flows
Send Timely and consistent reports as Biometric Team provides a support system for Transport Unit and Company,
Consistent Audit of Reports and prompt Response to Audit Query
Responsible for the ATC distribution, analysis and Verification
Requirements
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma In Logistics
