Centre Manager

Sanctuary Gardens Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre is seeking a dynamic, experienced and passionate Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the centre, ensure the smooth operation of all departments, and drive the vision of Sanctuary Gardens. This is a key leadership role to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality, compassionate mental health and rehabilitation services.
THE ROLE
To provide strong, strategic and operational leadership of Sanctuary Gardens, ensuring high-quality, client-centred services, efficient operations and a positive, values-driven culture across the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day running of the centre. Ensure all departments (Psychiatric, Psychology, Spiritual, Physical, Vocational, Occupational, Catering, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Administration) work effectively together.
Lead, manage and support staff across all departments.
• Drive the vision of Sanctuary Gardens and contribute to strategic development and growth.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality of care, client outcomes and service delivery.
• Promote a safe, efficient and values-driven environment.
• Manage resources effectively and identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the centre professionally and build strong external relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure the centre remains inspection-ready.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Relevant degree in Mental Health, Psychology. Nursing, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in administration and operational management, preferably in a hospital, rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of hospital and rehabilitation
administration.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Lead with integrity and set a positive example.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and teams.
• Commitment to upholding the vision, mission and values of Sanctuary Gardens.
• Passion for mental health, rehabilitation and making a difference in people’s lives.
