2. Front Desk Personnel
3. Housekeeping Staff

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Qualifications

• Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience (Degree is an added advantage)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations
• Ability to plan and execute menus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
• Plan and develop menus
• Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are maintained
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff
• Manage food stock and minimize waste

Skills

• Creativity and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Discipline and ability to work under pressure
• Strong team player
