Natural Kurls Limited is looking for an 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to lead and oversee the operations of our growing multi-branch business.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Oversee all branch operations
Lead and support Branch Managers
Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance
Ensure operational excellence and policy compliance
Monitor customer experience and service quality
Conduct branch audits and inspections
Improve efficiency and business performance
𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations or Multi-Branch Management
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong understanding of sales, KPIs, budgeting and business performance
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞.
