LOAN OFFICERS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Acquisition
Identify and onboard new clients through field visits, referrals, and other channels.
2. Client Service
Attend to walk-in clients and explain loan products clearly and professionally.
3. Risk Assessment
Evaluate loan applications, verify collateral, and assess repayment risk before approval.
4. Loan Monitoring
Follow up on repayments, send reminders, and ensure smooth collections.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Grade 12+ Diploma/Certificate in Banking, Finance, Business, or related field
1-2 years microfinance/banking/sales experience preferred.
Fresh graduates welcome.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence clients
High integrity – you’ll handle cash, files, and client trust
Ability to work independently and meet targets
