Job title: Convenience Stores Supervisor

Reports to: Retail Convenience Manager

Department: Retail

Location: Monze & Lusaka

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to effectively manage the Enjoy convenience store operations and ensure the shop runs at optimum sales performance with customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the C-Store is well merchandised.

Responsible for optimizing C-Store, sales performance, and product

categories.

• Ensure all store attendants are trained on C-Store housekeeping, upselling,

and effective customer service.

• Ensure all C-store equipment’s are fully functional.

• Ensures all POS machines are working to deliver our sales objectives.

• Ensure all sales reports (day-end sales, shift sales, and monthly sales

report) are reconciled.

• Conduct mid-month and monthly stock counts and consolidate all stock

reports (Stock take, stock value, and stock tracking reports) are reconciled.

• Ensure market pricing reports are compiled and shared.

• Ensure all C-Store products are received and updated in the POS system.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or equivalent

qualifications with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Convenience retail

or FMCG.

• Good relationship management and communication skills.
