JOB OPPORTUNITY
Customer Support Consultant
Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the consultant will support the operations activities of the
company. The consultant will be the main point of contact for all clients and customers and the executive
team and provide day-to-day management services for the company.
The consultant is expected to work
both in the office premises and in the field where required. This will include provision of technical advice
and support
Scope of Work
The consultant will be a hybrid role of office management, sales and technical operation support.
The role will involve activities related to office management and also provide support to sales activities.
Where required conducting customer needs analysis and supporting the clients on product and solution
selection.
Assist in the co-ordination of meetings with clients, such as follow up, support queries and continuous
improvement.
Assess customer training needs as they arise and those proposed by the product manufactures and
regulation standards
Perform a liaison role with Sector Regulator (s) were necessary as the system is developed and
implemented.
This is an evolving role and will be evaluated to take up more responsibility in the company
Qualifications
Full grade 12 certificate;
Age between 25 – 33 Years Old
Keen learner, and willing to grow into technical role.
Experience in product or technical sales an added advantage
Computer literate
2 years’ minimum work experience.
Valid Driver’s license with minimum 2 years’ experience (Added Advantage Not Compulsory)
