Research Assistant

Youth Prowess Zambia Limited (YPZ) is a non-profit making organisation that was
registered in accordance with the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017 of the Laws of Zambia on 17th October, 2021. The organisation is a platform where young people can engage and share information on issues such as health, climate change, and governance that affect them. Further, YPZ seeks to ensure increased participation of the youth in the social
and economic development process of Zambia.

Research Assistant (1)

Key responsibilities
1. Conduct literature review and participate in project proposal development
2. Participate in data collection
3. Perform duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to by the supervisor.

Qualifications and experience required

The ideal candidate must have the following:
1. Excellent academic writing skills
2. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
3. Minimum of two years of experience in project proposal and report writing
4. Undergraduate degree in Economics, Development Studies, Demography, English, Social Work, and Sociology with a minimum of a merit from a reputable and
accredited university
5. Full Grade twelve (12) certificate with credits or better in English and any four
subjects.
