DIRECT SALES AGENTS
Liberty Credit is a growing financial services institution providing accessible financing solutions to individuals and businesses across Zambia.

As we expand our sales team, we are looking for motivated, self driven, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents.

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
• Identifying and engaging potential customers
• Generating and following up on sales leads
• Promoting Liberty Credit’s financial products and services
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

If you are ambitious, confident, customer-focused, and motivated by earning through your performance, we want to hear from you.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• To market and sell payroll loans
• Preliminary assessment of client affordability.
• Collecting and submitting KYC documents for loan processing
• Assisting clients sign loan agreements
• Submitting original documents to respective branches

QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 Certificate or better

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
• Able to generate sales.
• Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Self-Motivated
• Confident and Creative
• Able to work in a fast-paced competitive environment
• Able to work under minimal supervision

COMPENSATION
• Commission-based remuneration.
• Sales incentives based on performance.
