Partnership Officer – (2)
Reports to: Partnership Manager

Job Purpose
The Partnership Officer will provide support in the implementation of partnership and
business development initiatives by identifying potential partnership opportunities,
coordinating partner engagement and onboarding activities, supporting product and market
development, and monitoring partnership performance. The role contributes to maintaining
effective partner relationships, gathering market intelligence and supporting promotional and
business development activities to facilitate sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
i. Support the implementation of partnership and business development strategies, plans
and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
ii. Research and identify potential partners, support partner assessment and due
diligence, and coordinate onboarding and activation processes.
iii. Maintain regular engagement with partners, clients and stakeholders, providing timely
support and escalating issues requiring management attention.
iv. Research and document new business and partnership opportunities and support the
preparation of proposals, presentations and partnership briefs.
v. Gather partner and customer insights and collaborate with relevant internal teams to
support the development and enhancement of products and services.
vi. Conduct market research, competitor monitoring and data collection to provide
insights on market trends, customer needs and potential partnership opportunities.
vii. Collect and analyse partnership performance information against agreed targets,
service standards and key performance indicators, and prepare periodic reports.
viii. Support partnership-related marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events and
promotional activities to increase partner engagement and market visibility.
ix. Maintain accurate partnership records, agreements, databases and reports, and support
monitoring of partnership-related budgets and expenditure.

x. Capture and analyse partner and customer feedback, coordinate the resolution of
complaints and service issues, and recommend improvements to strengthen partner
relationships and business outcomes.

Qualifications and experience
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience
