We are looking for an E-Commerce Data Analyst to join our Team in Lusaka.
If you have a Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics or related field, 2-3 years data analysis experience (e-commerce/logistics preferred), advanced Excel & strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Collect, analyse, and maintain e-commerce operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, returns, cancellations, failed deliveries, and other operational metrics.
• Track and analyse rider/courier and delivery performance.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, errors, and operational inefficiencies.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data captured in the e-commerce system.
• Reconcile system data against operational records.
• Provide insights to improve order processing, delivery efficiency, and customer experience.
• Support the E-Commerce Manager with operational analysis and reporting.
• Maintain accurate databases and ensure data is properly organised and accessible.
• Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
