We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our Team in Lusaka.
If you have a qualification in Business/ Logistics/E-Commerce, 2-4 years experience in e-commerce or logistics, and strong leadership, Excel & fulfilment skills, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Oversee the complete order process from order receipt to fulfilment and delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer service, riders/couriers, and other departments.
• Monitor order processing, delivery performance, returns, and customer complaints.
• Ensure orders are accurately captured, processed, dispatched, and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper maintenance of e-commerce records.
• Work closely with management to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.
• Supervise and guide the e-commerce team to achieve operational targets.
