Field Biker LUSAKA
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
– Educate clients on existing and new products and services, including aftersales support
– Respond to client queries, requests, and complaints
– Conduct customer training and handle complaint resolution
– Oversee branding of customer premises
– Distribute paper rolls to clients
– Follow daily work plans provided by the Sales Coordinator
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a motorcycle rider with a reputable organisation Valid Class A motorcycle driving licence (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets.
