Field Manager CHIPATA
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all field sales activities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Set and monitor monthly placement, sales, and
revenue targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships Oversee the distribution of Kazang machines
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least a credit in Mathematics and English
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in Sales or similar Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years)
Knowledge of riding a motorbike or own vehicle is an advantage Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
