Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Field Entrepreneurs to join our expansion within Lusaka.
In this role, you will operate directly inside local markets, identifying potential clients, facilitating financial inclusion, and managing relationships using our proprietary digital platform and mobile tools.
Key Responsibilities
1.Client Onboarding: Identify and onboard market traders and small business owners within Lusaka markets using our digital platform.
2 .Credit Assessments: Conduct field visits to evaluate client cash flows, estimate profits, and review loan applications.
3 .Financial Literacy: Provide direct training and capability support to help clients manage their finances sustainably.
4.Portfolio Management: Oversee daily/weekly micro-loan disbursements, track repayments, and monitor portfolio health.
5.Relationship Building: Maintain excellent customer service standards and foster strong trust within the local commercial communities.
Qualifications & Skills
-Education: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
-Experience: Proven track record in field sales, microfinance, community mobilization, or a relevant field.
-Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local geography, markets, and communities within Lusaka.
-Tech Literacy: Smartphone operational skills and comfort using mobile apps for data entry and collection.
-Soft Skills: Excellent professional communication, interpersonal abilities, and strong customer service ethics.
-Adaptability: Highly mobile, independent, and flexible enough to adapt quickly to changing field environments.
