Hom-Trends Innovations Kitwe Office is looking for young, energetic and passionate people to join our front desk team.
DUTIES
Checking in and checking out guests
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Maintaining storerooms.
Secretarial tasks e.g. typing, printing, scanning etc.
Resolving guest issues in a timely manner.
End of day reporting of front desk activities.
Participating in online marketing activities.

Well presented
Punctuality
Fast Learner Should be between 22-35 years old
QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate/Diploma in hospitality management, business, marketing or administration, Secretarial or Customer care related course.
