Profile
Organisational Overview
Livestock Services is the leading supplier of inputs for both livestock and crop farming in Zambia. The central objective of the organisation is to provide a wide range of products to assist in cost effective
production to both large and small-scale farmers. In addition, Livestock Service provides advisory services to farmers in a variety of farming activities including dairy, aquaculture, crop protection, fencing animal health and other related agricultural activities.
Job Opportunity
The key activities within the Finance department, among others, includes:
• Recording business transactions
• Performing key account reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and complete books of account
• Producing various financial reports
• Liaising with various business partners (e.g., suppliers, customers, authorities, etc.)
• Facilitating the external and internal audit processes
• Supporting different functions within the organisation on finance matters
The key activities within the Sales & Despatch department, among others, includes:
• Providing customer advice on the range of product availability and use
• Delivering an efficient and effective customer experience
• Facilitates the distribution of product sales
• Building and maintaining customer relations
• Conducting market research and analysis
• Producing various sales and market reports/publications
Qualifications
• BSc in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, ZICA or any other business-related fields obtained from reputable institutions.
