Herocean wishes to employ a Sales manager who is to be based in Kasama
Duties and responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing sales teams.
Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Build and promote strong lasting customer relationships by partnering with them as well as understanding their needs.
Recruit objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to management.
Managing commission and bonus related issues for sales representatives.
Identify markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Perform any other task that may require management attention including problem resolution.
