Herocean is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Human Resource Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You shall be in charge of coordinating documentation for new employee induction including Human Resource related regulations and procedures.
You shall in charge of maintaining and updating employments records including status change information.
Help out in accessing staff performance management and staff welfare issues.
Preparation ofemployee payroll and Maintaining personnel records in the office which shall including maintenance of attendance, overtime and leave records.
Liaise and Initiate calculations for employees benefits relating to matters such as Napsa payments, Workers Compensation Fund and medical insurance providers and other relevant authorities.
Preparing, filing and tracking purchase requisitions and travel documents for the entire organization.
Carry out any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in Public administration, Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
One year experience in the said position is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Zambia Labour laws.
Registered with ZIHRM.
