JOB TITLE: HR ASSISTANT
The HR Department is looking to fill the position of HR Assistant. In this role you will be responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:
• Record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or any relevant field.
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
• Have good knowledge, understanding and practice of Zambian labour laws
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position is an added advantage.
• Must be a member of ZIHRM.
