HSE MANAGER

There is a growing need for a skilled Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to support effective workplace safety management, risk assessment, environmental compliance,
employee safety training, incident prevention, and the day-to-day HSE operations within the facility.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional certification such as a NEBOSH Diploma/Certificate, IOSH membership, or active registration with national health and safety associations.
• Minimum of 5 to 7+ years of progressive experience in an HSE management or supervisory role. Proven experience handling industrial, heavy manufacturing, or construction environments is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory audits, industrial hygiene, emergency response planning, and waste management tracking.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and intercultural communication capabilities.
