THE ROLE
WHAT YOU NEED
• Lead and train the kitchen team
• 3+ years’ commercial kitchen experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety
• Relevant culinary or hospitality qualification
• Manage menus, costing, stock
• Grade 12: 5 credits, including English & Maths and
• Food safety training
• Basic Excel & Word
