LUBRICANTS SPECIALIST
Location: Lusaka or Copperbelt (Ndola) depending on business requirements, market focus and candidate profile
Reporting to: B2B Head
We are looking for a commercially driven specialist to lead the development, sales growth, and operational success of our lubricants business, with strong expertise in the automotive, industrial, or energy sector.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Develop and implement lubricants growth strategies.
• Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or related sectors. Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
