NETWORK TRAINING & ANIMATION SPECIALIST
Location: Lusaka
Reporting to: Retail Head
We are looking for a dynamic specialist to enhance partner engagement, improve network performance, and ensure implementation network locations.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Support and animate the partner network.
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews across our retail network
• Implement network engagement marketing initiatives and operational excellence.
• Deliver training and communication programs.
• Monitor compliance with operational and brand standards.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise, dealer, distributor, or retail network management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Ability to travel regularly.
