NURSING ASSISTANT

Royal Therapy Mental Health Services is inviting applications from passionate, dedicated, and caring individuals to fill the position of NURSING ASSISTANT.
READY TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide compassionate nursing care and support to clients.
– Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
– Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients’ responses.
– Observe, monitor, and report changes in clients’ physical and mental condition.
– Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment. Support clients during rehabilitation and recovery activities.
– Assist with patient records and care documentation. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Grade 12 School Certificate.
– Certificate in Nursing Assistant.
– Diploma in Nursing will be an added advantage. Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
