Job Description
Reporting directly to the Assistant Inspector, you will be responsible for effectively supporting the ZRA business by supporting technical staff through providing clerical services and best practices in maintaining taxpayer’s records.
Responsibility:
MAIN DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for recording and maintaining taxpayer’s records;
Collecting, dispatching and Registering all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Ensuring that office files are secured properly; and
Attending to taxpayer inquiries as need arises.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education Equivalent;
Diploma in a business courses like accounting, business administration or equivalent
Minimum of one year post qualifying relevant experience; and
Knowledge of Chinese and French will be an added advantage.
