
BPO CONSORTIUM
Role:
Drive LPG sales growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service while complying with safety standards.
Key Duties:
• Generate and convert new business leads
• Manage client relationships & ensure repeat business
• Meet sales & revenue targets
• Monitor market trends & competitor activity
• Prepare sales reports & forecasts
• Coordinate with operations, logistics & finance teams
• Support dealer onboarding & territory expansion
• Ensure timely payment collection
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Strong LPG product & bulk supply knowledge
• B2B/B2C sales experience is an advantage
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Good Excel/reporting/CRM skills
• Willingness to travel
