We’re looking for a qualified and motivated Sales Para-Veterinary Officer to join our team in Choma.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and professional sales support.
Advise customers on animal health products and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the shop remains fully stocked.
Manage daily inventory, sales, purchases and expenses.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports with recommendations.
Maintain high merchandising standards and ensure the store is well organised.
Process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Support the growth of the business through excellent customer relations.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science or a related field.
Valid Para-Veterinary Practising Licence.
At least 2 years’ experience in agrovet sales or a similar environment.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication and organisation skills with a high demonstrable level of integrity.
Excellent written and oral English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Willingness to work long hours as and when required in accordance with business requirements.
