WE ARE HIRING-SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

About The Role
Jing-Zambia is looking for highly motivated and result driven Sales Representative to support the expansion of our market presence and strengthen customer relationships across Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer account, and achieving agreed sales targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
> Identify, develope and open new sales outlets, bars, liquor stores and wholesales supermarkets, and restaurant.
> Promote and sell Jing Zambia products
> Build and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers > Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
> Conduct regular market visits and territory coverage activities
> Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and customer feedback
➤ Support promotional campaigns, activations, and brand visibilty initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
> Grade twelve (12) certificate.
> Diploma in sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be added advantage.
> Minimum of two(2) years experience in FMCG Liquor sales.
> Proven truck record of achieving sales targets and opening new accounts.
> Good understanding of the Zambian retail and wholesale market
> Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
> Self motivated, energetic and capable of working independently under pressure Remuneration
Competitive renumeration package, including perfomance based commision and incentives, with opportunities for career growth and delopment
