Social Media & Digital Engagement Officer
Join SARO and help grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and post content on Facebook, Instagram,
Tik Tok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
Respond to customer enquiries and messages promptly.
Monitor engagement and maintain active online communities.
Identify and leverage current social media trends to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Assist with content creation including captions, reels, and short videos.
Support digital marketing campaigns and product promotions.
Prepare periodic reports on customer enquiries, engagement levels, and platform performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Information technoloy, Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Graphic design and video editing skills.
