COMPETITION & CONSUMER PROTECTION COMMISSION (CCPC)
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry. The CCPC was established under the Competition and Consumer Protection Act, CAP 417 of the Laws of Zambia, as amended by Act No. 21 of 2023.
In order to align its operations to good governance practices, the CCPC wishes to recruit dynamic and experienced professionals for the following positions:
SENIOR PROCUREMENT (1)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervises and undertakes timely acquisition of goods, services and works for the Commission.
• Supervises and undertakes timely preparation of tender documentation
• Supervises and undertakes the preparation of the Annual Procurement Plan
• Undertakes effectively the provision of secretarial services to the Procurement Committee
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate
• A Degree in Purchasing and Supplies
• Three (3) years’ experience
• Membership of the ZIPS
• Ability to write comprehensive and coherent technical reports
