3. CARPENTER

Job purpose:
A carpenter is a person is a person whose job is to make, repair
wooden objects and structures. a carpenter helps in making sure
that structures and objects are well furnished, designed, reliable
and strong enough for ude.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout,
and installation.
conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows,
cabinets, stairs and other fixtures as required.
• ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials
• ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and heavy
objects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Craft certificate or better in carpentry.
• Grade 12 certificate
• 3-5 years work experience
• Must have knowledge of construction, and repairing.
Skilful and a team player
• flexible and innovative
