Graduate Valuation Surveyor – Ndola Office (Intern)
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Graduate Valuation Surveyor who desires to advance his/her career and gain hands-on experience in Valuations to join our Ndola Team.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out Valuation Inspections of land, buildings and moveable assets and
calculation of floor areas;
• Compile comparables and other necessary research:
• Preparation of detailed Valuation reports on properties for various purposes such
as insurance, rent review, investment, mortgages etc;
• Value properties by applying professional knowledge and awareness of the local
property market;
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate;
• Strong numeracy skills:
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• The ability to work under pressure:
• Traceable references.
