Key Responsibilities
Supervise Telecom Infrastructure construction projects.
Manage Telecom Towers and Solar Energy site activities.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
Support project planning and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience with Telecom Towers and Solar Energy projects.
Strong site management and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and work across SADC countries.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
