AB Bank is a member of the Access Holding network, headquartered in Berlin, Germany. We are a digital champion in the financial industry through our own mobile wallet – eTumba. We are looking for a seasoned Contact Centre Officer. In this role you will be responsible for delivering superior and excellent customer service, creating a professional and friendly image of the Bank.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Attend to customer queries, comments, and questions through various platforms (Calls, Social Media, and Websites)
• Document all client interaction information according to standard operating procedures
• Sell and promote Bank products and services
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Leverage the internal knowledge base to quickly answer inquiries
Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should:
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Have consistent good performance track record
• Have good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Have good knowledge, understanding and practice of the banks policies and procedures
