Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Craftsman with strong plumbing
expertise and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults and leakages.
Carry out general building maintenance and repair works.
Perform basic carpentry, masonry, painting, welding, electrical, and
related handyman tasks as required.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace procedures.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Certificate, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification in Plumbing or a related
trade.
Proven experience in plumbing and general maintenance works.
Knowledge of building maintenance systems and practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Honest, dependable, and hardworking.
Strong attention to detail.
Good time management skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
