6. FOREMEN (BUILDING FORMEN)

Job purpose:
Also known as a superintendent or construction supervisor, a
foreman oversees construction sites and manages staff and
building schedules.

Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain construction schedules.
Order materials as needed
ensure that projects remain within the allocated budget.
ensure that safety protocols are followed
and any other assigned role

Qualifications and Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate
• Prior experience in a supervisory role
• Experience with construction
• Good interpersonal skills
